Jesse Michael Honeywell, 81, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2025 at home.

Born in West Wyoming, on October 28, 1943, Jesse was the son of the late Jesse Emel and Lucille Bush Honeywell.

Prior to his retirement, Jesse was employed by Denny's Restaurant for many years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Louis, Richard, and William Honeywell and Sam Bush; and sisters, Lucille Hannon and Mary Gwyn.

Surviving are his wife, Elene Deats Honeywell; several nieces, nephews and his close friend, Mark, and the ladies, Carol and Lori from the M&T Bank.

The family would like to thank Dr. Elizabeth Gernhardt for her compassion and care given to Jesse and his family.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Interment will be held in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hanover Twp.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Bednarski Funeral Home, 168 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming.
