Gerda E. Krzywicki, 87, of Shickshinny, passed away Monday, November 11, 2024 at Bonham Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Stillwater.

Born September 29, 1937, in Breslau, Germany, Gerda was the daughter of the late Gehrad Gustav and Emma Wiorec Senger.

Gerda was a homemaker, wife and mother who was devoted to her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Francis (Frank) Krzywicki; son, Michael; and three brothers.

Surviving are her children, David, Nanticoke; Janet, Hunlock Creek; and John and his wife, Renee, Harding; grandchildren, Jessica Krzywicki and John Haidar; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Brigitte Reininger and Sieglinde Gallo, both of Germany; and nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Gerda's viewing which will be held on Friday, from 10 to 11 AM at the Bednarski Funeral Home, 168 Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming.

Interment will follow in Memorial Shrine Cemetery, Carverton.
