Frank Joseph Kostelnick, 75, of Plymouth, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at his home.

Born in Pottsville on November 30, 1949, Frank was the son of the late Frank and Dorothy Shoup Kostelnick. He was a graduate of Pottsville High School, Class of 1967.

Frank was the kind of person who seemed to know everyone — and somehow, everyone knew him. He spent much of his life working as a window washer throughout the Wyoming Valley, building a loyal base of clients who quickly became friends. Whether you knew him for his work or his sharp wit, Frank left an impression.

He had a quick sense of humor, a bit of an edge, and wasn't shy about busting your chops — but always with a grin. He was a free spirit who lived life on his own terms and had a deep appreciation for nature, animals, and the quiet moments most people overlook. You could hear pieces of his life in the songs he wrote and sang while strumming his guitar.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his sister, Carole A. Panak.

Surviving are his sons, Eric Sandroski, Wyoming; Devon Joseph Sandroski, Exeter; and Nick Sandroski, Ohio; his grandson, Walter Sandroski; and the mother of his children, Mary Sandroski, West Wyoming.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Frank's visitation, which will be held on Sunday from 5 to 7 P.M. at the Bednarski Funeral Home, 168 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming.

A blessing service will be held at 7 P.M. Sunday following visitation.
