Esther Vincent, 79, of Exeter, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2024, at home. 

 Born in Franklin Twp., on September 20, 1944, Esther was the daughter of the late Harry and Martha Akens Owen. 

 Esther was a homemaker for most of her life and in earlier years she was employed in the garment industry and also by Consolidated Cigar in West Pittston. 

 She was a devoted wife and mother. 

 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Vincent Sr.; her brother, Milton; and her sisters, Martha and Beverly. 

 Surviving are her children, Esther, Raymond Jr. and John Vincent, all of Exeter; sister, Elise Duncan, Pittston; and brother, Wayne Owen, N.J. 

 Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday from Bednarski Funeral Home, Wyoming. 

 Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday. 

 Interment will be in Wyoming Cemetery.
